Poison Resist Feat

As best I can tell, this feat is not working. I see no difference in a save against the poison spell with or without the feat.

It is also unclear what races are allowed to take this feat (in my testing, humans and elves no; orcs yes, but it would be hard to nail all possibilities down by trial an error) and whether those are the right races and/or if race is the right basis for restriction at all (as opposed to hometown). This might entail an enhancement request to have SHOWFEAT list race restrictions.

AFAIR the feat applies only to normal poisons and not the spell. I don't have the rulebook on hand right now, but I could try to check it out.
