Waterdeep

Waterdeep is also known as the City of Splendors. It is located on the Sword Coast, and is one of the biggest cities in Forgotten Kingdoms. It is the location of many shops and temples. It is also the headquarters for the High Moon Trading Coaster Merchants Guild.

Waterdeep is ruled by the Lords of Waterdeep. The identity of the Lords is for the most part kept secret. When appearing in public the Lords wear magical masks called helms.
