Philias used to get sometimes rewarded by other players after having told a story, I can't see why don't we just encourage more people to do so. It even already says in the help file for reward that it is to be used if you see good or great Rp, if I remember correctly

I agree that wizards should not have a kismet requirement. Some players only play 1 character and would be put off by having to play a different class for x amount of hours just so they can play a wizard eventually which may be their favorite class/type of character. Oddly enough I still have the @ mark being white, don't know if that has something to do with the fact of me playing on phone and thus having just some totally random client tough.

This sounds nice, but what about halflings or other such races mounting PCs for one reason or another, would that still stay possible?
Maybe make it so that if the mounted creature makes you too encumbered, you just can't leave your current room or something similiar.

I have recently noticed that when my ferret is mounted on me, it takes more fatigue to move around. Infact more fatigue than moving around the roads outside, which makes no sense to me. One ferret, or hamster, or bird, or rat, or whatever shouldn't weight very much, atleast not that much that it'll ...

In such case that non-civilized would be allowed there, a certain goblin would come to atleast spectate. Also suggesting heavy weight and light weight series, for higher up, and lower level characters.
