Swim does not increase while affected by Waterbreathing

This forum contains bugs which the test team think are fixed are awaiting confirmation from the initial reporter of the bug.

Swim does not increase while affected by Waterbreathing

It appears that naturally Swim does increase while remaining still and swimming directions normally, but while under the affects of waterbreathing it appears not to receive any increases.
