Falling off flying mounts

I've never fallen off before and it's happened twice now, has something changed?

Make sure your mount is wearing its saddle and other things. Usually at GM mount skill thats the only time it will happen.

Figured out why, he's not wearing his saddle because he can't

if anyone else is having this problem then you should check your mounts to see if they have items in the inventory.

a silver crinet (perfect)

a silver cuello (perfect)

a silver chanfron (perfect)

a pair of broad, tapering metal stirrups (perfect)

an embroidered woolen caparison with dagged edges (perfect)

these are the items that don't fit my horse anymore.

I have had the same issue with a mount of mine as well. Same items listed above.
