I am looking for a list of bitvectors for setting the languages for books.
What will be the general policy for languages in books? Will we assume that any book is written in the native language of the author or will that be decided by the author?

The LANG_ flags from the builders pages will work for books.
Let the author choose the language but use their skill level on the book. So if they choose halfling which is only skill level 5. Set the skill level of the book to 5.
