Supplication Glitch?

I have a character who's been faithed for a while now, and has reached the cherished favorlevel (second highest). My brother, also a player here, has a character in the same faith. He could make supplications at the praised favorlevel (two below cherished), but I still cannot supplicate at cherished. Is there something someone hasn't told me, or has my ability to supplicate been taken away without my being told, or what?

Supplicate can only be performed at the Loved favour level. Your brother probably was at Loved when he supplicated.

Er, also forgot, Supplicate depends on what you're supplicating for.

ie Objects are more expensive than other stuff, since you're actually creating an item with your faith.
