NPC Loic

NPC Loic is bugged, I pay him a silver he goes 1 step south and stops.

I just tested this on the game port and the test port; it appears to work correctly. Do you have any other information? A log would be great.

I have seen this once or twice.

I'm not sure if it might be related to a PC typing train while he is guided by Loic or perhaps a PC and Loic stumbling into another PC while Loic is making the tour.

There's been another report of this happening via ASK. Loic was paid, moved one square south and then stopped. The PC in question didn't type anything while he was moving that might cause him to stop and no other PC was met at the time. They did mention that they were already following Loic prior to paying him.

A similar problem with the Waterdeep guards was reported some time ago: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=4643

It's not clear if that problem was eventually fixed, or if this one is related.

The busy High Road passes here dividing the bustling Trades
Ward and the lofty Castle Ward. It is rutted deeply by wagon
wheels and packed hard beneath the feet of myriad passers by
over years long gone. No where though, are the two wards as
obviously divided as here in the shadow of Olmhazan's Jewels
- a gaudy structure. Shaped like multi-faceted gem of silver
and gold, this shop is a wonder and an eyesore together.
