A simple suggestion to make adjective altering clothing a bit more common. I know these items exist, but they are few and far inbetween.
All masks should cover/alter adjectives at the least.

That could be neat! Like "a masked halfing", or "a cloaked figure" since the cloak would covers the person's shape.

A nice touch would be an mprog for distinguished and/or "goodly" merchant mobs set to trigger when masked PCs try to trade with them. It would function much like trying to buy something in the dark, but instead of, "I don't trade with people I cannot see.", it would be an echo relevant to masked PCs.
I doubt the average, stall-merchant would care, but the ones in cities with established shops might take offense towards shady-looking characters wandering around their shop.
