Moving the Waterdeep noteboard out of the font

I've noticed that the noteboard in Waterdeep is in a temple area that may restrict its viewers based on faith rp. I would suggest moving it out into the street or to the Dripping dagger, as that's where the majority of new players and active players have been congrigating of late since the training area in the font closed.

I'd like to post in support of adding a board to the Dagger, only. I think it makes plenty of IC sense to have a noteboard in a shrine/temple of Oghma; I don't think it makes sense for them to have a monopoly.

Agreed. I always feel kind of guilty when I sneak my blatantly evil dude into the Font so I can check up on the news.

I stopped doing this since someone complained about it. Would be nice to have an alternative, although the Daggerford board isn't *that* far away.
