Weapon Focus for Brawling

If I was to train in Weapon Focus for Brawling, do it apply to unarmed as well or only cestus weapons? Also what is the code or formula to figure out how much unarmed damage you do?

Weapon focus would apply to unarmed as well. A medium sized creature does 1d3 plus your strength modifier. It threatens on a 20 and does x2 on a confirmed critical.

Does cestus weapons get a Str bonus as well?

Strength will apply to damage, yes.
