Reducing Expertise Feat Intelligence Requeriment

Hello,

This feat requires 13 INT in D&D, might it be changed in FK from the actual 14 to match the requirement from the books?

I second this post! It would put the feat more in line with 3.5e as shown in the source books that it should be a 13 intelligence score.
