Spell - Ilmater's Blessing

So... Is this spell actually coded in the game? There's a helpfile for it, but after six months I still haven't seen a trainer for it. It's the perfect spell for any Ilmateri to know and I'd love to have it, and I'll keep looking, but it wouldn't be the first time I've seen a helpfile which makes me think something's available when it's not.

Some of the older spells from second edition still have helpfiles but are no longer in game. Does this spell show up in your spells list?
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.

Spelling is not necessarily correct :)
