Knowledge religion quest wording?

Today, I watched a new player attempt for a good while to answer an NPC's question about Helm's history, without success, despite knowing what the answer should be. Perhaps the keywords on this could be expanded? Even I'm not sure what sentence he wants, but whatever answer he's looking for is not mentioned in the book required.

This quest has a few issues withe the answers and I believe it relies on specific spelling grammar and pronunciations that may not be associated withe research materials an adventurer is supposed to find. The builder and designer isn't really active these days so I'd recommend someone going through the dialogue and pinpointing the issues.
