What's a bug and what is a suggestion?

Friends: those of us who build and work on maintaining the game spend a lot of time doing so. To help us prioritize our time and allow us to best serve you, please follow these guidelines.

If it doesn't work the way it was intended, then it is a bug.
e.g. The villain smotes or echoes about disappearing and does not disappear.

Please post to Bug Reporting* if it is a bug.

If it doesn't work the way you believe it should work, then you may suggest that it be changed.
e.g. This stream room requires swimming, but my PC would be able to wade through the water; it should not require swimming.

Please post to Game Suggestions if you want to suggest a change.

We move pretty quickly on those bugs that we have the power to fix; the pressing ones (not typos) usually are fixed within a day or two. We try to spend most of our time making new content or bringing the existing content to life. A little bit of filtering on your end saves us the filtering on our end and makes our workload go that much more quickly. Thanks!

* n.b. if you submitted a bug report and cannot now see it then it has either not yet been approved (all posts are hidden to the general populace until they are approved) or it has been moved to a forum that you cannot see (there are a few like this so that we can work on issues with exposing potentially exploitable bugs to the world).
