Can a player become a hero and if so how?
The Help file for Heroes holds an abundant wealth of information on the topic Halldor, but it varies for the type of hero. There are two main ways a player becomes a hero either they are chosen for it, such as a High Priest, High Knight, Thief Hero, etc. Or they win a competition, such as the Fighters Tournament, or the Ranger's Foregathering. Each guild file has a hero position, and some of them have more than one position, such as High Knight or High Mage.
