Ive been thinking about making a Priest of Mask character for some time now, but ive had some questions that I havent been able to find the answers to. I was hoping maybe I could get some help from the local helpful friendly playerbase.

1. What are the duties of a Priest of Mask? Mainly the most important question, what is expected of them and what are thier duties inside and outside the faith.

2. How should they act? Perhaps a bit up to the player, but im sure there are some do's and dont's.

3. Are they merely thieves that can cast spells? Perhaps a bit obvious to some but ide like a bit of input.

Also, any good resources for Mask's clerics would be good to have as well as ide like to flesh out the character and it should be a good while before I even try and make him.

Ill post more questions if they come up.

I think most of these questions could be answered Ic by a follower of Mask. Just a thought though..Good luck on finding your information.

Perhaps, but there is still certain information one should know before they even try and make a character. But yes, forgive me if what im asking is too IC. Ive looked on websites and in books and in none is it really answered.

Alrighty, well I looked up some information and found this little bit,

Mask is the god of rogues, thieves, and is the lord of shadows. He appears as a lithe man garbed in dark clothing and a cloak of shadows. He always wears a black velvet mask, tinged with red; this has also become his symbol. A former Intermediate power, Mask suffered a major loss of power, and the portfolio of intrigue, during the Cyrinishad fiasco. Mask makes his home in the Plane of Hades. His domain there is known as Shadow Keep.
All that occurs within shadow is in the purview of Mask. Stealth and wariness, it is believed, are virtues, and the writings of a true follower of Mask can be read in many ways. In addition to thieves and more shadowy individuals, courtiers and diplomats have been known to evoke the god's name in hopes of guaranteering a smooth negotiation.

Priest of Mask are allowed to wear up to studded leather armor and can use any weapon that thieves are allowed to use. They dress in blacks and greys and usually wear domino mask across the eyes or a black mask similar to that of thier god to protect their anonymity.

Mask grants his priest access to the following spheres of influence: Major access to All, Astral, Charm, Combat, Divination, Guardian, Healing, Protection, Sun, and Wards. Minor access is given to Elemental, Necromantic, Summoning, Travelers, and Weather.

Mask is the god of thieves, thievery and shadows. Followers of Mask
are glorified by him for their undercover actions. They are favoured
when they steal and backstab others, and disfavoured when they aid
others.

All that occurs in the shadows is the domain of Mask. The church of
mask states that wealth rightfully belongs to those who can aquire
it. Honesty is for fools but apparent honest is a very valuable thing.
Subtlety is everything.

It is rumoured that the Cult of Mask maintains a large network of informants
throughout the cities of the realm. It is also rumoured that this network
provides employment for all sorts of thieves, beggars and thugs.

Priests of Mask are known as the Circle of the Gray Ribbon.
