Striked player or character?

No Frills Wedding

The cost of a no frills wedding is 10 platinum.
This is the do-it-yourself option. It involves just the recording of
the wedding as a fact. You must provide the place, the refreshments,
no announcement on the board and no imm protection to keep it nice RP.
This option is the only one open to CHARACTERS with a strike.

I was wondering... The help file shows that the No Frills wedding type is the only one open to CHARACTERS with a strike. Is this the only option open to players who have a strike or strikes but wish to have their unstriked character married?

Hope my message is clear enough.. I had to read through it a few times myself to understand it. *blink*

With the new accounts system, a strike is applied to all your characters I believe. It will count toward any character you have. Not sure if that's how it works, but that's how I understood it to work.

Strikes now apply to the account. Any player with strikes is limited to the 'no frills' wedding option.
