How do "rounds" in D&D convert into time (ic'l

Post by Tychina » Mon May 16, 2005 1:12 am

I know FK is not round based, but I need to figure out how long something takes, (time wise not tick wise), the source I am referancing (sp?) lists it as taking 3 rounds. I need to convert that 3 rounds into (seconds, minutes, hours?) for FK. It cannot be simply converted to ticks as it is going to be information given out IC'ly

Example: someone wants to know how long it will take to get from point A to point B. If the OC answer is 3 rounds, what would the answer be IC? "oh, it would take 3 hours? days? etc) to get to point B from point A.

I know that might be a bad example, as the answer would depends on the method of travel, but in this instance lets assume there is only one method of travel, just to make it easier on me thinking of an example after working 12 hours lol

Thanks
Jenn
