This spell causes instant diminution of a creature or object, decreasing its size and weight. Its height shrinks by up to 10% per
caster level, to a maximum reduction of 50%.
In DnD these spells can target both creatures and objects. I'd say for the mud they should probably only target objects, for game balance. To compensate, instead of their effects lasting for one minute per level, their effects could be the same as the 'resize' command in a tailor's shop - i.e. permanent.

Actually, in the 3.5 System Reference Document, the Enlarge spell has been altered to:
Enlarge Person
Transmutation
Level: Sor/Wiz 1, Strength 1
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 round
Range: Close (25 ft. + 5 ft./2 levels)
Target: One humanoid creature
Duration: 1 min./level (D)
Saving Throw: Fortitude negates
Spell Resistance: Yes
This spell causes instant growth of a humanoid creature, doubling its height and multiplying its weight by 8. This increase changes the creature’s size category to the next larger one. The target gains a +2 size bonus to Strength, a -2 size penalty to Dexterity (to a minimum of 1), and a -1 penalty on attack rolls and AC due to its increased size.
Mask is in the process of making the spells on FK mirror PHB stats as closely as possible. I have been looking up several to compare.

The enlarge, on FK, actually more closely corresponds to Righteous Might in its amount of enhancement, giving both STR and CON bonuses at a higher rate with the same DEX penalty. This is a 5th level spell in the Strength priest domain.

What might be a good compromise is to change the level of the spell, and let it apply to both spell lists.
