Waukeen Priest

I was looking into the spells a Waukeen Priest would get and did not see produce flame, I think Waukeen would bless her priests to be able to cast this spell because first many merchants travel which is why Waukeen has influence in the travel sphere, and how many times would a traveling merchant on the road need a nice warm fire to make some stew or just keep himself warm, not to mention keep the area lit to protect his wares and such from attacking goblins or thieves. Just a thought :)

Flames as bright as a torch appear in your open hand. The flames harm neither you nor your equipment.

In addition to providing illumination, the flames can be hurled or used to touch enemies. You can strike an opponent with a melee touch attack, dealing fire damage equal to 1d6 +1 point per caster level (maximum +5). Alternatively, you can hurl the flames up to 120 feet as a thrown weapon. When doing so, you attack with a ranged touch attack (with no range penalty) and deal the same damage as with the melee attack. No sooner do you hurl the flames than a new set appears in your hand. Each attack you make reduces the remaining duration by 1 minute. If an attack reduces the remaining duration to 0 minutes or less, the spell ends after the attack resolves.

This spell does not function underwater.
If you look at the level section about the spell (which I've bolded for you) you'll see Drd 1 and Fire 2. What these refer to are the druid spell list, level 1, and the fire domain, level 2. To explain this real quick, as a priest you are allowed all the spells on the cleric list, with any additional spells from the domains allowed by your deity of choice.

If you check the book Faiths and Pantheons, you can look up your deity's domains. Then you can take those domains to this website:

http://www.d20srd.org/index.htm

..and find out what spells are in those domains you are allowed and what aren't.

In this case, Waukeen does not grant the fire domain to her priests. And the travel domain is literally spells that you use to travel, i.e. longstrider, teleport, fly, dimension door - not spells that would be useful during travel, like a spell to start a fire.
