Poison Food

I was wondering since there is a skill for poisoning a weapon, could we possibly make a similar skill that poison's food, or a water container perhaps, it would make things quite intresting :) Or even perhaps a disease that would make someones skill points go down, like constitution or strength. Thanks :) Oh and any ideas on how the skill would work would be most welcome.

As I think I meantioned on the thieves/bards forum, the spike command does not seem to work for 95% of the food.

Could I make a suggestion that you can add the poisonous herbs that are already in the game into the food that are baked like such a command such as bake <dough> <herb> and it makes bread that has that herbs properties, and have the stronger herbs be strong enough to cast a poison affect on them and such. I think this would be a great addition to add for those subtle people, weaken their opponent with poison food.
