I know, but I just figured to appease the masses have something that would enable a treebash. Honestly I could care less if the Orc has tree-bash or whatever.

I think tree bash is a bad idea.

Actually I like this idea. Though I think it should be available to anyone to climb up a tree like this, using the climb skill. Like D&D you would receive a penalty to attacks and risk falling out of the tree. I always love more opportunities to use little used skills like climb. Great idea! :)

But as to the feat, there is a feat somewhere I can remember. It gave bonuses to climb and removed the penalty to fighting in trees. I think it was related to the darkwood sniper prestige class, actually. I think this would be better for the feat you are saying. :)
