to Ardeep come many divided by race
coming together to save this place
warriors and mages priests of many gods
heroes acting together in defiance of the odds
out of chaos comes order forged out of need
all is prepared readied to proceed
four mages stand ready the ritual to perform
all others set to protect gainst the coming storm
Standing there within the wood
To act for all for common good
in silence we wait the enemy to perceive
behind a voice raised words of power to weave
deep within the woods they wake
leaping and screaming our blood to take
answer we do with spell and with blade
dire battle echoes all round the glade
behind us bright runes of magic traced
our hopes tied to words spoken in haste
if we fail she falls and so does the light
so stand we all must and answer the fight
wave follows wave it seems without end
but still we stand our line does not bend
blade against claw spells flying free
war has come to the land under the tree
demon blood runs black from our blades
as each demon falls its body soon fades
from all round the wood echo sounds of war
as from deep within the demons still pour
with a flash of pure magic the focus glows bright
across the forest light calling to light
magics from earth reaching to the sky
a blanket of gold descending from on high
standing amazed in silence once more
blades lowered at last an end to war
walls of magic raised to contain the foe
demons caged by golden glow
bloodied and bowed we walk from the fray
passing from darkness into the day
behind us Ardeep now a prison stands
parted from the realms by golden strands
At last a warning I will tell
Within this place lies the gates of hell
let none disturb the golden tomb
lest unleashed again is demonic doom
