Teach
=====
Syntax: teach <target> <skill name>
A character can teach another character a skill/spell that they are a
grandmaster in. It will cost both the teacher and the student experience.
Please make sure you roleplay teaching another character your grandmaster
skills.
Note: Level 51 characters now gain experience even though it is not reflected in their score. They no longer have to expend glory to teach others.
Does this mean non-level 51 characters have to use their own glory to teach someone else a skill?

No
The file refers to the situation some time back where level 51 characters had no experience with which to learn from or teach another PC.
Level 50 characters do not cease to gain exp once they reach level 50, but level 51 characters did, once elevated to level 51.
Since the Teach command required both parties to have exp available for the learning, A level 51 character could not use the Teach command or be taught by the Teach command.
That line can probably be removed completely, since we no longer have any level 51 characters.
