Faith List Retains Lapsed Inquirers

I'm unsure if this is area or hard code, but the very helpful faith list system has a bug in it, in that inquirers who subsequently join another faith (I believe only without first inquiring into that other faith, though I'm not completely sure) remain listed as inquirers.

Case in point: Two PC's that still appear in the Tyrran faith list as inquirers are now members of other faiths.

1) I do not know if the same holds true for other faiths. If anyone can confirm that is indeed the case, I'd appreciate it!
2) I don't know if this is an area or hard code bug - Dalvyn?
3) If this is a hard code bug, I'm happy to enter it into bugzilla myself

This DOES happen with other faiths. It has been noted before and I believe several people were taken off the faith list.

I wish there was a way that a member of the faith can remove people of the faith list if they are still inquirers...
