You make invisible (if you want) moving items in your inventory; you can take something from any of you containers, put something in your containers, removing something from your hands and leaving it in your inventory, hold something that you have in your inventary in your hands without others noticing it. (it not longer produces a echo)
Requires a practical knowledge of pick pocketing and a high dexterity.
