*calls out* Hey, Oog, you hear that? There are races stronger than the orcs!

And yet, the orcs themselves would still consider themselves superior to a Tanarukk.

Orcs are, by and large, one of the most racist of all the races. Their very religion is based on a belief that one day Orcs will rule the world over all the other races. To them, even something which is genetically stronger, or more intelligent in the goblinoid chain, like a bugbear, is nothing more than slave or cannon fodder material for their own end. Anything that was a "diluted" product of orcish blood would likely come under much berating and discrimination by most Orcs.

As far as elves and humans go, there are attitudes against it from both sides. Many people think of the elf's regard to the human side, but even from the human perspective discrimination is not uncommon. Places like Sembia and Hillsfar, where mating with an elf is justification for lynching.

You will always find a place that mixed relationships cause issues. It all boils down to whether you're willing to accept the people talking about it.

Calimshan also had a strong bias against those with elven blood, stemming from ancient jealousy of the way Elves had magic in their very being.

It was something I strongly had to consider when I was designing Sairaven. How would he react to elves and half-elves?

You'll find there are actually quite a few countries in Faerun with that bias.
