buying existing dwellings

There doesn't seem to be any information on buying existing dwellings that are for sale, only haveing new ones built, what does one need to do to buy a building for sale?

Otherwise, there are no general policy; it's on a case-by-case basis... but dwellings is somewhere in the bottom half of the priority list right now.

It might change in the future though.

I asked because I was told they arn't for sale on help but could find nothing about them in the forums, one of my chars is intrested in buying a existing shop that has a sign saying its for sale so I'm just trying to figure that out.

You were told that PC shops are not up for application right now. :)
