Real Languages in a Fictional World

My question is fairly simple - are there real,
maybe not-so-modern languages in FR?
I know that there are many places in the Realms
that are loosely based on factual kingdoms,
and I know there are such things as "regional
languages", I just don't really know where to
look to find these things out, short of buying
a source book (and I'm poor). Any feedback is welcomed.

I know that Calimshan is based on Al-Andalus (Muslim Spain), so I would imagine that it has a strong connections to the language.

Many of the areas of Faerun have real-world analogues, though they shouldn't be taken too seriously. Ugh, I started to type them out but there's just waaaay too many. Do a search online for Races of Faerun, which has all of the various human cultures and their languages. I found this old thread which is taking forever to load...

Well, you have the ancient language that is the "old" common.

Additionally most of those regional languages have an "old" version as well,
for example Roushoum, is the "old" Imaskari.

I think that doesn't exist anywhere a list in which can be read which is the old version of a particular language, most of it are small bits here and there, but I'm sure you will find more information in the ebooks about regions of Faerun that can be downloaded from the Wotc web.
