Yet another newbie question.
Is wrong if you design an item for sale that might be in another area, but you don't have idea that it exists?
For example in an area that you as the player don't know there is for sale a gemstone that can be used with the lapidary trade, but since you don't know that it exists, and after looking at (http://www.forgottenkingdoms.com/builde ... tslist.txt) and seeing that it doesn't exist you code it.

It's ok to re-define some objects I guess.
But it would be better if you would produce other versions. For example, if rubies, ruby stars, ruby flowers, and ruby moons are already available as gems to be set in pieces of jewellery, instead of making objects with the same name, it might be better to create new kinds of objects, like ruby trees, ruby axes, ruby swords, ruby wings, and so on.
