It's not a chronic problem but, it no doubt affects the time it takes to receive send the email in question to the correct channel.
You should be sending the following emails to applications in my experience:
- *Applications for special character roleplay
*Applications for groups or character bands that require applications to exist
*Roleplay ideas, summaries and suggestions
*Applications for Marriages (currently being revamped)
*Applications for unregistered faiths or faith related apps that cannot be brought to an imm or fm's attention ingame
*Applications for pregnancy and babies/adoptions (which are handed over to pregnancy and baby admins)
*Applications for glory renamed items (this will usually not be undertaken since the glory system is under review and most renames will be done at intervals to benefit players depending on the situation both ic and ooc by the imms and admins involved.)
- *Kismet losses
*Complaints
*Loss of items/cart/pet for ooc reasons***
*Bugs that cause the loss of items
*Area typos or inaccessibility
*Quest typos or inaccessibility
***This would depend on the severity of the situation, the items lost/quest items lost/animals lost and carts lost.
