[SUGGESTION] New items for smithing and leather working

okay first for armour smithing is it possible for that skill to also let you make horse shoes? It would be cool and another inexpensive way to get some horse shoes and bring some rp to those smiths out there. Perhaps the better the item effects the horse in terms of protecting its hooves?

Perhaps even have it so horse shoes wear down over time and can take damage if they are pc made! haha

Now for leather working..can they make whips ? it would be interesting for leather workers to be able to make a few whips maybe even requiring woodworking and leatherworking to make blackjacks. There are a few other leather weapons that could be made to as such...
