Ranking of Orc Positions in Orc Society?

I was curious, in building a new area, I got stuck trying to figure out what the different rankings are within a given camp dominated by Orcs.

From every source I've heard the 'Warbozz' is the highest. Second, would be the Lazguoi. From there, unfortunately, no one seems to have any information.

Does anyone know a lot about Orc culture to be able to give the general (standard?) rankings for positions held within the camp?

It varies by tribe. The Warboss is the top fighter, and the Lazguoi is a specialty priest of Gruumsh. Not all shamans are considered Lazguoi, but all Lazguoi are shamans/clerics.

Otherwise it really depends on how you want the tribe to be. Are they more barbaric? Do they forge their own items and act with a slightly more disciplined command structure? Do the warbosses offspring hold positions of power from their association with the Warboss father, or do they need to fight their way to the top with the rest of the orcs?

Get creative, find a theme for your orcs and work off of that. Example being..

The Black Iron Tribe is currently dwelling within an old dwarven ruin. They have turned the dwarves forges into hammering out crude iron weapons and armor for themselves and as such are better equip than many other tribes. The quality and amount of armor show the rank of each orc, with the Warboss choosing to gift select bodyguards and warriors of his elite retinue known as Irontusks...

Now that isn't canon as I made it up, but you shouldn't be afraid to toss your own kind of spin in. It also depends on the type of Orc, are they Grey orcs? Mountain orcs? Orcs based in the Underdark?

If that doesn't float your boat I suppose you could just use examples of orcs already in FK, the ranks I have seen being..

Warboss
Subboss
Sergeant

Plus there are others that are inside the Temple of Gruumsh that also hold ranks stylized to the faith of Gruumsh.

It also depends on which deity in the pantheon the tribe follows.
