If eventually stats are reseted, I propose turning the glory back and give it a new use: Use in it in increasing skills/spells that you would increase just alone by sinking time.
For example: Rather than spend eight hours in a row launching fireballs in hartsvale, I would use some of those glory points to increase that spell, something that I would do it eventually given enough time.
Then Glory would be turned into a sort of experience points that would allow to develop your character, since it is likely that there will be a point up to which you will able to upgrade your stats through glory.
This is just a suggestion but please share your insights!
A proposal for Glory
Re: A proposal for Glory
Regardless of whether the reset occurs or not:
I'd like to see Glory usable for spell enhancements/special properties (including add_affects) for weapons/armor. In combination with this, I would like to see it possible to modify the name for slightly more.
I'd like to see Glory usable for regular restrings for items, minions, mounts, pets, and familiars.
I'd like to see Glory usable for modifying an armor type. For instance I want my bright gloves to be still made of energy, but be 'light armor' instead of heavy.
I'd like to see Glory usable for changing armor, weapon, or even item sizes.
I'd like to see Glory still capable of raising a stat a number over normal maximum (possibly only +2), but not to exceed 4 points.
I'd like to see Glory able to make an item permanent, instead of temporary. For instance, a friend of mine recently lost their "tiny carved pumpkin." In the past, I lost my "floating skull."
