Using ASK

Post by Ariala » Thu May 14, 2009 1:59 pm

Hello.
When/If you decide to ask a question, please be curteous to the one who is answering your question. Don't log off in the middle of the question, it's very rude. If you have to go. A quick "sorry have to go" will work. It atleast lets someone know that you're about to log so they don't sit there trying to figure out a way to help you. Only to find out..you have logged.
Thanks

Hi there.

In light of recent events I will echo this:
When/If you decide to ask a question, please be curteous to the one who is answering your question.
The people on the question channel are volunteers and not administrators. They are players like you and me and the PC next to you, people that just try to help others to get through the game, answer questions, help out etc.... Just closing a question, for example, is not polite at all and might leave the answering member of the Player Council with a feeling of their help not being appreciated/being disregarded. Ask-Channel-helpers answer to your concerns and always try to help out with their knowledge. They cannot, however, change things that are above their abilities. :)

That being said, thanks for your attention

da flüstern die Gräser und wiegen sich leicht
im Wind, der sanft über das Gräberfeld streicht.
