Animated Corpses
Animated Corpses
I would like to suggest putting the mount flag back on mounts that have been animated after they have gotten killed. If at all possible, it would definatly be something an evil aligned character would do though.
Radgar Warrior of Tempus!
Bregga Warrior of Moradin!
Allistair Priest of Tyr!
Wake Early if you want another man's life or land. No lamb for the lazy wolf. No battle's won in bed.

Re: Animated Corpses
I think that the race-type of all animated undead are the same so that the mobiles when created are not too powerful, is it possible to have the code identify undead as mounts and make them race-type horse/griffon depending on the situation? Bearing in mind that they'd need a flag or such to be coded as unsellable.
Justice is not neccesarily honourable, it is a tolerable business, in essence you tolerate honour until it impedes justice, then you do what is right.

Re: Animated Corpses
Yes please to this one...
Skeletal horses are definetlly a major style statement for any necromancer.
And personnally i would love to be able to ride an undead wyvern or even dragon !
(Dont care about the in game stats, its all about the style! )
Duranamir the part time necromancer.

Re: Animated Corpses
Heh, just found this thread, or I'dve chimed in sooner . But yes please! My necro would *love* to be able to animate some of the creatures available for a mount, and he really doesn't care about the stats, as Duranimir said, it's all about the style of it all.
Re: Animated Corpses
If this is being looked at all i have another suggestion.
At the moment animated undead run out of moves fast.... Not something i think should happen at all. How exactly do they get tired ?

Re: Animated Corpses
Arthritis? Rigor mortis?
Maybe it is to simulate the bones clanking, or stiffening of joints after death? So they move slower... though they never tired.
Just a thought.
