Am i right in thinking that currently this feat does nothing?
If that is the case is it worth giving a bonus to combat when mounted to holders of this feat?
Or perhaps an extra mount attack or bonus to the mounts attacks or some such?
Mounted Combat
Re: Mounted Combat
That's not technically true - though in your defense, the helpfile doesn't really cover the feat properly.
Mounted combat allows you to:
A.) wield mounted polearms in one hand, enabling you to wield a shield as well (or dual wield, if you're that way inclined!).
B.) invest in the other mounted feats, as it's their prerequisite.

Re: Mounted Combat
I stand corrected!!!
Heheheh, just read the mounted combat feats and they dont look all that appealing. Perhaps these could do with a jazz up? Maybe I am being unfair or uneduacated??

Re: Mounted Combat
I think you're dead right! Sorry if that came across as a little short - I was just jumping in there to explain what was going on, while I worked on a replacement helpfile
It should be a little more helpful to the onlooker now!

Re: Mounted Combat
Just a note here, it says in the helpfile that spirited charge gives double damage when using melee weapons on horseback. Should not this feat also give x3 damage when wielding a lance?

Re: Mounted Combat
That does agree with canon...not sure how to check whether the in-game feat actually does it, though. I'll have to ask Mask!
