Speak with Dead: Druids

Post by Nysan » Sun Oct 10, 2010 8:32 pm

I have no idea why I never asked this before but...

Why don't druids have access to the 'speak with dead' spell? We can cast 'raise dead', but we cannot talk to the deader?

Would be nice to have it... makes the whole raising dead process easier for everyone involved and adding it to druid spells have no impact on balance.

I agree. Even though I'm not sure Ghosts are considered natural in a Druid's eyes. I think so, but I don't recall specifically. Moar 4 Droods.

I am more of the mindset that if we have raise dead, why not? Speak with dead is really just a tool to make raising dead folks easier and has no impact on any other aspect of the game. Nothing wrong with making being dead a bit easier on folks.

I clearly agree with that... I see no reason why speak with dead would not be given to a class that has the raise dead spell.
