Just another quick question...My character started a few weeks ago, and since then, I have gotten addicted as it seems so many are (this game should be illegal!)
But anyhow...I met up with the HP of the faith I wish to be part of, and I was told that he and I would talk when there were more players who wished to follow the same deity on...should I send an email to applications if I would like to have a personal conversation with them? (isnt sure weather HP's are imms, or played NPC's ect here yet.)
Thankyou
~Elenthis.

You did have a personal conversation with the HP if he/she told you they'd seek you when there were more hopefuls. HP's are played by mortals, or sometimes immortals switched into a mob, depending on the faith and whether or not they have a HP that is a mortal player. I'm going to go ahead and assume when he said he would talk with you when there were more hopefuls as to begin moving people into the faith at the same time, rather then seeing ten different people at ten different meetings. You don't need to email applications as if you've met with the HP once, he knows about you and you should be added to imm lists and such. ^^

Out of curiousity. Is the 'Faiths that are full or in need of followers' thread still accurate or will it be updated in the wake of the diety drive?

I know if we have allready prayed, it is logged and we just need to be patient, but what do we do if we have been away from game so long we can't remember if we have prayed or not? Is there some way of finding out?

On the calendar it says you are cleaning the prayer board off before the drive, so we should wait to pray until the drive. What about characters who have allready prayed, and been waiting for some time now, do we need to re-pray on them or will putting hopefull of, or questee of in our titles on that day suffice?

Calendar wrote:Do not pray before the drive. To get the attention you need do it DURING the drive, which starts on this day.
Does this mean that the drive will last all week?

Thanks.

Should we hold off to pray for acceptence to orders until the deity drive is over or would it be alright to pray during the drive for that as well?

I was curious if one was to miss the HP during the drive. Would they have a chance of being quested?

I am afraid I didn't make myself too clear.

I was wondering if one misses the HP during the drive will they have another chance to be quested during the drive? As in if you miss the HP echo, would a imm help you get quested or something during the drive?

How would you suggest handling it if you have more then one character you want faithed? (3, maybe even 4 in my case.) I have been told it is probably ok to character hop on this day to try to get them all faithed, but what strategy would you suggest for doing this? I mean, would I log character 1 and wait until a deity comes and gives the char a quest, then change my title from hopeful to questee, then log off and log char 2, get a quest, change title, log char 3 etc until they all 3/4 have been given a quest, and then start over with char 1 and log on and try to do the quest, then change title to initiate, log char 2, etc etc Or should I log onto char 1, get my quest, try to do the quest, get faithed, and then log off and onto the next char?

Also, while I am thinking of it, one of those characters has (I think?!) allready been given a quest. (Deity told her to do something, and repray when she had done it..) That being the case, during this drive should I concentrate on the other 2/3 characters I am trying to get faithed and leave her go until after the drive?

Sorry, if I did not explain my question clearly

I had recently prayed on another matter. Last night, in fact.
I assume this has been wiped with the board purge, so shall I leave the matter until next week and repray?

The board was not 'purged' in the sense of wiped clean, it was cleaned manually by transferring prayers for joining faiths onto different lists. Your prayers on 'another matter' are still there, so no need to pray again.

Better still! Thankyou.

Will there be any faiths unavailable for the event? I'd be on a lot this week and have yet to see some Gods and their HPs.

If you've prayed, a representative of the god you choose will eventually contact you. All faiths are represented in the drive.
