I have a half-drow warrior that has been down through Ched Nasad and Menzo, but it seems he is unable to do that anymore. Is there a chance that that could be changed so that he could attend the RP's as well?

Wouldn't a half-drow be eaten for lunch in drow society?

The change was made to keep non drow out of these areas, because they would be as Lathander pointed out above, eaten, enslaved, sacrificed to Lolth or all of the above.

I figured it would rely on RP mostly. Things could go several ways, depending on how they were handled. Things aren't necessarily set in stone, as this you /must/ do this, are they?

If I sound.. argumentative? im not trying to be. Sincerely curious. I enjoyed the rp the first few times around, and even recieved a position of authority for it.

In my opinion Half-Drow are pherhaps a special case in that they can survive in Drow society though obviously as second class citizens. (unless there name is Zarafae).

Also given the fact that Menzoberranzan and Ched Nasad do have none Drow residents and both depend on trade i can not see why there is an absoulute block.

However i am also concious that wide spread sight seeing in Menzoberranzan would do the game no good either.

As a compromise pherhaps only allow partys led by a Drow to get through the block ?. That way those with a valid RP reason could get through but casual visitors would still be excluded.

I would be willing. Other opinions?

I have always opposed opening Menzo to non-drow. It was built as a separate play area and should remain so.

I have started a seperate post to discuss the current block to all none Drow getting to Drow Lands.

This is so as to not derail the intention of this post.

I Yzdis Tlabber do declare the current state of the great city of Menzoberranzan is a disgrace. While walking through the city i was assualted by diverse creatures of the dark domnions. This should not be !. It is the responibility of the males of the city to prevent this. I demand the attendance of all those who are not otherwise under the orders of there house to a meeting in the Bazaar within the next few tendays.

For and in the name of Lloth Yzids Tlabber.

OOC:

An oppurtunity for some Drow RP, i have noticed a number of new faces down in old Menzo and thought it might be fun and educational for some of the oldies to come out and play with them. Previously we set a recurring time on fridays and this did seem to generally work for most people, any other preferences on time ?

Any comments or RP's people would like to see ?

Those Fridays work better for me than they used to, though the active time is a bit late for me.

I think a meet & greet and a short hunting trip into DD would help the new guys the most right now...the torture and domination can begin later.

Let there be a gathering of Drow in the bazaar in a few tendays time (see the OOC time). There is a need to discuss the clearing of the dark dominion and proper enforcement of Lloth's will over those who have encroached on her domain.

Yzdis Tlabber, Acolyte of Lloth

OOC another opportunity for Drow RP, time below.

I am still disturbed by the lack of skill shown by the warriors of Menzoberranzan. And it has come to my knowledge that one my sisters in Lloth has fallen because of it. I have thus decided to improve the training of these warriors of all houses and even commoners. I therefore call an assembly of warriors at the bazzaar in a tendays time.

Yzdis Tlabbar, priestess of Lloth

OOC : Its friday again .... Same time, same place.

Szorvyll will not be in attendance, as this clashes with another event I've already RSVP'd to (Loviatan Rite of Pain and Purity viewtopic.php?f=72&t=10405 )

But maybe next time :)
