Languages and Trade skills.

Simple request.

Please allow language changing commands "speak common, speak dwarven, ect" to work during the action delay after trade skills are used, such as mining or weaponsmithing. I noticed I couldn't today, while weaponsmithing, and I don't see why it should be restricted during the delay when other communication actions, like tell and say, are not.
