Drow Sign Language

I wonder about the feasibility of adding some sort of variation of the code relating to thieves cant to institute the Drow sign language. Drow sign language is referenced numerous times, allowing Drow to coordinate their attacks silently in the wilds of the Underdark, as well as being able to communicate secretly in front of non-Drow, as the Drow tongue is widely spoken in the Underdark. I don't know if this has come up before, but it seems like adding it would be a relatively simple matter that would assist in Drow RP.
