The skill does not transfer any benefit to the followers of a leader with pathfinding. It is like if you go out on your own with out following someone with that skill. Wouldn't it make more sense that some kick back would go to the followers too, since the trail leader is guiding the way and showing his troops the right way to go.Pathfinding
