Slice - Separation of skinnig and slicing

What do you think about that?
I was wondering if it would not be good to separate skinning from slicing.
I can easily see instance where you wish to have the skin but not the meat or vice-versa.
It can still be the same skill, but perhaps a "slice gilain meat" or "slice gilain skin" for example.

Putting aside the disturbing image of Brar skinning Gilain... tough chewy meat and dry, leathery skin is not worth keeping
I understand the basic idea behind this, but don't see a reason to code it. I already see skinners leaving/burying materials they do not wish to keep. I don't see a need to spend time coding what many do by themselves and only requires a dig-delay's worth of time.

I would think Hardcore Brar would just work with what's available! *grin grin*

Well, ot was more of an IC perspective, it always sounds odd to me to explain why you were burying ten pieces of meats after a hunt because you could not carry anymore... it sounds kinda desecrating the bodies for nothing.
Cutting a prey to eat is something, getting a skin to make something you need and burying the corpse with all due respect is something, cutting the meat just to junk it afterward is something else... That's one of the reason I don't dare using slice anything while in a group and with a full bag of meat.
But again, it is only a suggestion of a possible improvement of rp choice, nothing else
