Just a quick question out of curiousity
of what coded gods in the world typically hold druids within their faiths and which uncoded one typically have such followers by apps perhaps and do such druids of selune, corellon or other nature related gods that arent coded for druids normally get spells?
I know of Melikki, and Chauntra are the main ones within code for the game
Also Rillifane, Aerdrie, Corellon, and Solonor typically for elves can have druidic followers among the wild elves.. Lunrue (think spelling please correct me if wrong), Silvanus, but what other ones might be out there also?

Druidic dieties
In 3rd edition Faiths and Pantheons for Druids and Rangers they give a 'complete' nature deity list from which a Druid or Ranger must select from. Aerdrie Faenya, Angharradh, Anhur, Auril, Baervan Wildwanderer, Chauntea, Deep Sashelas, Eldath, Fenmarel Mestarine, Gwaeron Windstrom, Hiatea(Monster Deity), Isis, Lurue, Malar, Mielikki, Nobanion, Osiris, Rillifane Rallathil, Sebek, Segojan Earthcaller, Sekolah(Monster Deity), Sheela Peryroyl, Silvanus, Solonor Thelandira, Stronmaus(Monster Deity), Talona, Talos, Thard Harr, Ubtao, Ulutiu, Umberlee.
Some deities list Rangers and/or Druids among worshippers that are not on the list above. Notably missing is Shialla who lists druids and foresters as followers. Also the High Forest and Neverwinter Wood are listed as part of her portfolio.
Grumbar, Akadi, Shaundakul, Garagos, and Arvoreen all list rangers as followers. Kossuth list druids as followers.
Tymora lists Harpers as followers. Uthgar as his church is set up with animal totems breaking them into clans. His worshippers list Uthgart tribes and Barbarians as his followers.
Timaeus Valierius,
Warrior of Kelemvor.

Well, in 3e Malar can have evil druids.
The rest of these gods are listed because it either makes sense for them to have druids (aka Uthgar's shamans are more druidic than clerical) or because it actually says in Faiths and Pantheons under followers "Druids".
Faerun Pantheon:
Uthgar - Uthgard Barbarians
Lurue - Intelligent Wild animals (example: unicorns)
Nobanion - Royalty, Lions, feline beasts etc
Shiallia - High Forest, Neverwinter Wood, fertility etc
Ubtao - Patron diety of Chult, jungles, dinosaurs
Ulutiu - Glaciers, Polar environments, arctic dwellers
Dwarves:
Thard Harr - Wild dwarves, jungle survival, hunting
Gnomes:
Baervan Wildwanderer: Travel, nature, forests, gnomes
Segojan Earthcaller: Earth, nature, the dead
Halfling Pantheon:
Sheela Peryroyl: Nature, agriculture, weather, song, dance, beauty, romantic lover
and then many of the Mulhorandi Pantheon can have druids.
Edit: Noo! Someone beat me

You reply to A sapphire haired male aasimar 'A swift kick to the head. '

Coded deities and druidic followers
As you rightly said, the two coded deities for druids to follow are Chauntea and Mielikki.
The way the game is coded means that players wishing to have a specifically druid-skilled character must follow one of these two deities.
You could certainly RP a cleric character being a druid of another coded God, but upon joining the faith you would not have a different set of skills and spells than other clerics in that faith.
For uncoded Gods, the usual rules apply around sending in an application. Here, the access to spells and skills is limited by the uncoded nature of your deity. However, the number of deities to select from is obviously increased.
Hope this helps

Remember, should you encounter an angry Dragon and your only company is a Halfling...
...you do not need to run faster than the Dragon, only the halfling.
It's a wolverine, not a skunk... sheesh
