The recruiter at the School of Combat in Waterdeep won't talk to me anymore.
* I tried to join at a lower level (8), and he said to come back later.
* Now I'm level 10, but he does not respond to anything or say anything at all (not upon entering, not upon using the keywords I tried before).
* I haven't joined any other guilds (still Warrior class).
* I don't have anything guild-related in my qlog.

Ah. This is a consequence of now having evil Waterdhavians. It once was the case that there were none.

This will be fixed shortly, pending some discussion among the Area Admins.

Okay. You can now join this guild as a warrior, level ten or higher, of any alignment. Thanks for pointing this out.
