Bribe Progs & Economy

Do bribe progs (i.e. stabling programs, inn programs) contribute to the economy of an area?

would "all" work as a variable in the mpdeposit command?

Say I want a merchant (makes his coin through buy, rather than bribe) who leaves his shop at night (mpgoto) to deposit his earned cash for the day, obviously there's no way to tell how much he actually makes in a day, and he will never make the same, so if his go home prog included:

mpdeposit all

would it deposit all his loose cash? Thus starting the new day in the area with a fresh economy to buy/sell from?

Oh...

I was under the impression that the coin just stayed on the mob, and didn't go into the economy unless you instructed it to. My fault.

So what are the specific instances where bribes, sales, etc. do not go back into the economy of the area?
