Puppet Scabbards

A few months ago I suggested a scabbard item in the builders forum as unique code, This was before the advent of several game revisions that have positively affected the gameworld.
The idea was to be able to have a scabbard coded like a puppet is in the game, meaning you can sheath your weapon, and then make the hilt poke out of the scabbard as part of the short description:
worn on belt: a blue scabbard with a dragon hilt or a dragon hilted blue scabbard.
Basically a scabbard or loop that can be customized for colour and the hilt of the weapon you have.
I thought of this again because of the recent changes to random weapons in the game, which are mostly unique and randomized now, there is so much variety that its staggering. So it made me remember this.
So in a sense, you can sheath a weapon in the scabbard, and when you type draw, the scabbard resets without the hilt description. To customize the colour of the weapon, you would use a needle and thread and sew much like a puppet.
I'd suggest this for a place like the Ladies and Gentleman's emporium or somewhere where scabbards could be widely available.
