Nitpick: Ascarle area tweak

I discovered the ruined tower in the ruins of Ascarle, and Ceir soon fell into the pit trap at the top of it. The problem is, he was airborne at the time. "Fly" responded with "You are already flying", though the area only allowed speed walk, ostensibly because the tower has cramped quarters. While it's probably a minor thing, the script could be tweaked to allow characters capable of flight to avoid the fall.

at this end of the room.

This is a hard code situation where the room flag NOFLOOR does not recognize that you are flying. I can change it to a proper program which takes flight into account, but we need to fix the NOFLOOR room flag to recognize fly, astral walk, etc.
